Before-and-after photos can be inspiring — but they're not promises. Outcomes depend on your starting hair, donor density, age, hormones, overall health, and how closely you follow post-op care.
The most reliable predictor of your potential result is an honest in-person evaluation. Dr. Hernandez will tell you what's realistic for your specific case — including when a smaller procedure, a non-surgical plan, or "not yet" is the right answer.
We never use a stranger's result to set your expectations. We use yours.

When are results typically photographed?+
Most before/after pairs are taken at 9–12 months post-procedure, when transplanted hair has fully matured. Restoration and PRP results are typically documented at 3–6 months.
Do all patients agree to share photos?+
No. Sharing photos is entirely optional. Many patients decline, and that decision has no impact on their care.
